What inspired my career path
I believe my vocation emerged from a combination of a deep appreciation for nature—particularly plants and animals—developed since childhood, and a meaningful personal experience: after moving to an arid region with little vegetation, I came to understand my strong connection to green landscapes and water-rich environments.
In terms of education, my primary schooling with the Salesians and secondary education with the Jesuits left a lasting mark on my understanding of spirituality, human values, and social engagement. These two formative experiences offered complementary perspectives that have profoundly shaped my personal and professional development.
Fun fact about me
Riding my bicycle, backpack on my shoulders, along a solitary lakeside road at night was a transformative experience. Guided only by the light of the full moon and the glow of fireflies, I moved toward the unknown until I found the warmth of people who, like anonymous angels, guided me to a new destination: a unique island, with two majestic volcanoes, located in the middle of a lake that is home to freshwater sharks.
An unforgettable experience that only a place like Ometepe Island can offer.
My expectations for collaborating in TH+IN
I seek to connect with individuals who share a passion for addressing today’s challenges through interdisciplinary approaches. I believe in the power of collective action and in building alliances that drive innovative solutions to strengthen community resilience. I stay open to proposals for collaborations and discussions oriented to create meaningful contributions to a more sustainable and just future.
