What inspired my career path
One of my main motivations is to accompany and reflect on the realities faced by diverse communities in Chile, with a focus that is sensitive to structural inequalities and marginalized voices. I am especially interested in working with youth and older adults, gender issues, and mental health, as well as in building more humane spaces within a just society.
Work experience
I have participated in activities and talks focused on community engagement throughout the country, even while still in my academic training.
My expectations for collaborating in TH+IN
As a social work student in training, I would like to collaborate with other members of the TH+ Initiative network through spaces for dialogue and knowledge-building, especially on topics related to community mental health, gender, and civic participation. I am also interested in becoming involved in community initiatives that promote equity and access to rights from an intercultural and social justice perspective. I would greatly appreciate support through mentorships, the exchange of territorial experiences, and participatory methodologies that can help strengthen my academic training and future professional practice. I deeply value networks built on horizontal collaboration and collective learning, and I am open to contributing and learning alongside others.
